Customers can return their WeWALK smart cane within 30 days of delivery and the customer is responsible for covering the costs of return shipping. Return shipping fees will be deducted from the total refund amount along with a 15% restocking fee*, which will be processed after the product has been returned and condition can be validated. Customs fees, VAT/duty taxes, and other fees imposed by country regulations will not be eligible for refund.
The product should be in good, undamaged condition and in its original packaging. All accompanying accessories which came with your WeWALK Smart Cane should also be included in the return.
